Requesting Help

To call a staff member press F1 with details of what you need. You will be warned for messaging in OOC/Advert Channels.

General Rules

Discrimination: Discrimination is action that denies social participation or human rights to categories of people based on prejudice.

Disrespect: If you are talking to someone please do not scream at them or curse at them e.g “F*** YOU RDMER!” just keep calm and don’t talk at all.

Spam/Promotion of non-JPI servers: spamming isn’t allowed at all here no matter what the situation is, this includes things like posting ip’s and links to youtube pages. Also you are not to do not repeat messages more than once in a short space of time.

Client Side Modification: Any use of hacks or mods that give you an unfair advantage are not tolerated and you will be banned.

Avoiding Punishment Attempting to change name, leaving a situation without permission or leaving the game during an admin situation will lead to a ban.

Micspam:If you are driving around town don’t scream at your friends or just talk in the mic and not saying anything at all e.g LALALALA just shut up.

Exploiting: Purposely abusing unintentional game features is prohibited, If you find an exploit please report it to a super admin / Owner of the game

Character

Random Death Match (RDM):Player X killing Player Y for no reason at all or valid reason, You can not “Revenge RDM” meaning you was killed by someone and you came back to the person to kill them - You restart your life and you should forget what happened to you in the “past life”

New Life Rule (NLR): Going to the same “District” where you have previously died within 3 minutes

Metagaming: Talking ingame but in the OOC chat (Out Of Character) e.g /ooc HES AT THE BASE!, If you want to tell someone about something Ingame please use /pm “name” “message” or use U to talk to the “Team chat”

Prop Abuse (Prop Kill,Block, Push or Surf): Do not use props to block off your base so it’s impossible to raid, However you can block off entrances as long as there is still at least one. You cannot use a prop to kill anyone. You can’t use one prop to fly up to a room or fly over a wall to access someones base. You are also not allowed to use a props to climb up bases.

Spawn Areas: Don’t build at spawn or camp there waiting to mug someone as this is not allowed the spawn area is essentially a safe zone.

Job Titles & Names: If you have a job, you can not do /job “insert job here” to make that your official job, if you choose a job you must be that job - Cop, you can not do /job “Corrupt Cop” and just pretend to be a corrupt cop, if you choose the job Cop, you must stay and role play as that character.

FearRP: When you are getting mugged and the person mugging you has a gun out, you need to do as he says because your life is at risk and you would not do something to be killed also you can not say “Just kill me” it is not a thing that someone would say in real life because your life is in danger. YOU MUST DO AS THEY SAY.

Vehicles

Car Death Match(CDM): You can only kill people in a car “ON THE ROAD” if you are in a car and driving around, try to miss people that are on the sidewalk walking, just keep to the road do not kill anyone in your car that is on the path.

Car Jacking: While someone is driving you can not kill them whilst they are doing so to steal their car after the murder, the only time you can kill someone is if they are “out” of the car and no one is in the car.

Random Entry: If there is a car passing by, you can not just go into the car UNLESS you are basing with them or in the same gang, if you go into a random car that is classed as Fail RP since you do not know the person’s car you are going in. (If you go into someone's car without their permission they have the ability to kill you with the reason Fail RP / In my car)

Base rules

Fading doors, Keypads: You can only have 2 non toggled fading doors to use for your base, However you can have a third if it is toggled. Make sure the keypads are easy to see and are on both sides, the maximum time limit it can be open for if it’s non toggle is is 4 seconds.

Obstacles: Mazes are not allowed as it can ruin the Rp experience.

Roof Bases: Roof bases are allowed but the way up needs to be obvious,You are not allowed to be able to shoot down on them as they are entering as it gives an unfair advantage.

Street Bases: Bases may be built outside buildings as long as they do not intrude the property you do not own.

No-Collide: When you have props, you can not hold C and click on “No Collide” because in real life it is not realistic if there is a (e.g) book shelf in front of you and just walk through it. It is a solid meaning you would need to break the shelf in order to get past it.

Sky Bases: If you have a base, it must be supported by props as there is no buildings just floating in the sky, you need to make the game as realistic as you can.

Propblock: When you have a base, you must have an entrance to each part of the base. The only time you can prop block a place is if there is a entry another way, there must be at least 1 entrance to the base that is accessible using a keypad cracker OR a lockpick.

Entities:

Do not store entities (including Printers and Drugs) in inaccessible areas in your base and on the map.

Killboxes:

Kill Boxes which can kill part of a player through hitboxes are not allowed at all. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Fake Entrances:

Fake entrances are not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Claiming Properties:

You may only claim multiple buildings if you only have enough people basing with you.

Building Signs:

A building sign allows you not to be raided as long as you don’t have raidable entities in your base.

Raiding

Do not raid the same base twice within 15 minutes. You should leave the base as soon as you have finished raiding it.

Building Signs:

If someone’s base/shop has a building sign on it, You should leave it alone. If you want to check that they’re not just using it as an excuse of having a printer or drugs, give them a couple of mins then report it to an admin and they will check for you!

Shops:

Do not raid shops unless they have another fading door other than their main entrance or suspicion of illegal Items.

Building/Rebuilding:

Do not build during a raid, this includes rebuilding parts of your base.

Job Rules

Police/SAS/SWAT

Raid: Raid illegal Bases.

Mug: No Mugging.

Print: No

-Their Job is to protect the server from crime.

-Arrest criminals.

-They can randomly weapon check players, but they must roleplay it - “/me Random Weapon check, Moving will result in an arrest.”

Prison Guard

Raid: No

Mug: No

Print: No

-They are only allowed in the Police Station or the Mayor.

-Stay in the PD or with Mayor.

Guard

Raid: Can if they are with their employer.

Mug: Can if they are with their employer.

Print: Yes

-You are a guard, You are there to guard a building, person or the mayor.

-You may own any weapon.

-Police should un-want you if you are defending your employer or building, as long as they are legal.

YOU CANNOT OWN YOUR OWN BASE.

Mayor

Raid: NO

Mug: NO

Print: NO

-You are a very important person, You may set laws and taxes, etc.

-You may only own a handgun, Nothing else, Your Guard and Police are there to protect you.

-Laws cannot break any rule in the game.

Gangster

Raid: Yes

Mug: Yes

Print: Yes

-You can make a gang with friends

-DO WHAT THE F**K YOU WANT as long as it doesn’t break the rules

GodFather

Raid: Yes

Mug: Yes

Print: Yes

-Exactly same as Gangster.

-Use the agenda otherwise you may be demoted.

Thieves

Raid: Yes

Mug: Yes

Print: Yes

-Should raid actively.

-Can be hired to Steal/Raid, but if Police sees/hears anything about it, both groups are guilty and will most likely be arrested.

Master Thief

Raid: Yes

Mug: Yes

Print: Yes

-Should raid actively.

-Can be hired to Steal/Raid, but if Police sees/hears

-Has an upgraded picklock (SEXY)

Drug dealer

Raid: No

Mug: No

Print: Yes

-Can base with criminals but can’t go with them on raids.

Black Market Dealer

Raid: No

Mug: No

Print: Yeah

-Can base with criminals and supply them.

-Can use any weapon.

-Can roleplay as a Barman, and Sell alcohol, Police shouldn’t arrest them. Should tell Police not to.

Citizen

Raid: No

Mug: No

Print: Yes

-Citizens cannot have big weapons

-Cannot base with criminals

Medic

Raid: No

Mug: No

Print: Yes

-Cannot carry weapons

-Can accompany someone in raids but can not shoot, only heal the person

Gun Dealer/Heavy Gundealer

Raid: No

Mug: No

Sell weapons to anyone who wants them

Can not self supply ( Buying weapons for yourself to use)

Build a shop to sell weapons at - not just walking around asking “Want a gun?” they will come to you if you have shops

Banker

Raid: No

Mug: No

Print: Yes

-You must make a “Bank” to store other people’s printers inside

-If a cop raid’s you because you have a printer, you must tell them you are a “Banker” and it is legal (and tell an admin)

-When you are making a bank you need a text screen saying “Bank” so cop’s and other people know it is a bank and the cop’s will protect you when raided
